Our Coaching for Groups Programmes are designed either for teams or cross-functional groups who need to come together to drive change in their organisation. These programmes chemically bond participants at a deeply human level so that they can bring their people through change together.

No one can change a whole organisation single-handed. If your company has a big transformation project going on you need teams of leaders who are aligned on their purpose, driven by the same cause and committed to leading in a way that generates buy-in, empowerment, ownership and innovation in the wider business. I spend hundreds of hours a year observing and coaching teams at work and providing expert insights, feedback and recommendations that help them super-charge their team's impact. As with all my work, the secret is capitalising on the uniqueness that each individual brings rather than creating a homogenous, characterless, one-size fits all approach to leadership. Coaching for Boards

A Board really only has two leadership responsibilities - to be the custodians of the organisation's purpose and to create the space for people and their ideas to thrive in service of that purpose. To maintain that focus Boards must keep themselves under continual review, challenging themselves to form a “line of one”.

As a coach for Boards I coach and support Boards and Senior Leadership Teams to have the conversations they need to have, deepen trust and honesty, make tough choices, distribute decision-making as far down the organisation as possible and answer fundamental questions about what their business really stands for and what it is there to deliver so they can successfully lead their organisations in these fast-changing times.

It’s surprising to me that more Boards don’t regularly work with a world-class coach. On the other hand, by doing so you give your organisation an immediate edge.
